Glad to hear your son is ok, Don. Why did the phone call drop? Std. drop like you get on a cell phone sometimes or something else?

This situation was horrible. I heard about it about 4 hours after it happened and found the news coverage to be a little lax. Are we getting accustomed to this type of thing?!
