>>It's been quite a day at our place. Food and fun. We just finished a chinese food dinner and nobody likes the pinapple sauce except me. I got it all. Today was Helen's seventieth birthday. So many bouquets have been delivered that there is no longer any place for more. The bedroom smells as if it's a greenhouse in mid-spring. Now I have to serve up dessert. Carrot cake with cherry ice cream on the side. I think I am becoming pudgy. Oh well, life goes on.

Oops we ate it all, but everyone may come on over for cake and ice cream. We also had a much needed chinook today. Temp went up to +9C. I think that's about +50F. In celebration, I went outside without a jacket and shovelled some of my drive way.
