Well, actually, I use Expression Web, which supposedly does that, too, but I'm working mainly on two web sites I developed, but where I subbed out the design (since I'm a little lacking in the visual design area). So it's not going to go in and magically clean up that HTML and create CSS for it. Now if I started something from scratch, supposedly it will handle the CSS, but I haven't investigated that much. Also, I wonder about the efficiency and design of CSS that's just automatically handled by Dreamweaver, Expression Web, or any other program.
