I agree. It appeared to me to be behaving the same way he accused JVP of behaving.

On the reinstatement issue, it is Michel's call as he owns the forum. I do not know how many private messages he may have received voting against the reinstatement (if any). He does not justify his decision, but as the owner, he doesn't have to. Personally, I think a ban of more than a year is excessive. I think a trial period following a 1 year ban would be a good idea for all those banned. If the behavior warranting the ban is repeated during the trial period, then ban again.
