Ander,
As I remember this :
-you should use generic printer driver.
-use additional char codes (if any) of your printer documentation.
-it might be needed you change emulation mode first too and send a reset before sending change code.
After all I think it would be easier to do all this via printers panel for DOS mode (generic) and under windows just using win driver + true type fonts.
