What security concerns in particular?

Let's start with, well, the starting point....VFP as a database generally does not meet security concerns. Microsoft even acknowledges this, most recently in product comparisons with SQL Server. I'm not talking about using VFP as an application tool with SQL Server, I'm talking about using DBFs as a data store/back end. It was certainly as true in 2004 as it is today.

If you want to have a specific back-and-forth, that's fine...but I want to clearly identify the position, since some refer to VFP as a database and some as a development tool....I am referring to the former.
