I agree with your first comment. Whatever the reason he was banned, something would have to change for Michel to decide to bring him back. Either he would have to commit to changing his behavior or Michel would have to decide on a limit to the length of a ban allowing for a trial period after that banned term was reached. If the behavior persisted again, then ban again. I'm all for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances.

To be honest, I think it is a business decision of Michel's (mostly) and those who oppose him coming back have a stronger voice with Michel than those who support it.
