VFP is *very* compatible with 32-bit mode. I tested the hell out of that before I left MS. There's an NX switch for AMD chips that was a problem with VFP 8 but nothing I recall as an issue for VFP 9.

Specifically, this will be a Terminal Services box, so instead of just serving files to workstations that are actually the ones running VFP, VFP will be running on this machine. Win Server 2003 32 bit std. edition will only support 4 GB of RAM and we'd like to go to 8 or 12 GB, however it will take the 64 bit version of std. edition or the enterprise edition (32 or 64 bit). We'd like to avoid the jump to the enterprise edition, because you really pay through the nose for that.
