I can't find any reasonable reference to a file with a 400 extension anywhere. If you want to email me a smaller one, preferrably with some information as to what data might be in it, I'd be happy to try and dissect it.

When you say they are from an unknown DOS program, do you mean that you don't recognise the DOS program, or that you don't have it or know what it was?
