VFP Studio is absolutely still alive and being slaved on by Bo Durban and myself. I'll be posting something very soon on my blog (perhaps yet this morning) - I meant to already have done this, but something always seems to come up.

The mystery/lack of information surrounding VFP Studio has been somewhat on purpose, but I understand the need to start providing a little more information so that developers don't get the idea that this project has been given up. Nothing could be further from the truth and I'll do my best to start providing a little more information on the SPS Weblog.

This is of course talking about hourly wages and doesn't speak to bidded projects where the real money is and always will be as it is with creating a successful vertical market application with mass appeal.
