For those who didn't see my post yesterday, I am buying a new computer to get the most out of Visual Studio. Thanks for the great responses. I am now evaluating my options for a backup system. What do people recommend?

What sort of media should I backup to? I want media that is fast and convenient and I want to be able to keep copies off site.

What sort of software are people using? Again, it has to be convenient and easy to manage or I tend to skip doing backups.
