Resource file refers to the FOXUSER.DBF and FOXUSER.FPT.

To fix:

Create a CONFIG.FPW text file.

In that file put the line:

RESOURCE=OFF

Add this to the project under "other files."

Build exe and run.

When the program starts, it will read the CONFIG.FPW file within it's own EXE and not attempt to open or create a resource file.
