If you'll read the updated T&C from September 2004, Michel talks about members quoting private emails. I'm fairly confident he was referring to me in some manner...because I quoted private text from Michel about this, and about Michel's decision at the time to block UT access from the building where John was working.

I realize that's generally not a good idea....but I strongly objected to what was going on (as did Rod Paddock, who 'co-signed' my online protest at the time)
