Now you really have me wondering, as your sentence implies the above *not* to be the case. For the second part, yes I have heard of special teas and cookies - but for the first part ? Will all of the Dutch people (or at least a sizable percentage) get freebies with prostitutes as the tourists pick up the cost ? Is this rule only for prostitutes working in Holland or a general rule ? Is this some nefarious plot to lure foreigners to become Dutch ?
