I also tried to download a 9.37MB file to check the actual available bandwidth, it averaged to 270Kbps and I have a 300Kbps connection. Thus I believe the 11KBps (88Kbps) is true bandwidth usage

But then the speed test pages (I tried 3 of them) all gave a clean bill of the bandwidth.

I'm confused.
