Maybe Mscal.ocx was already installed on the PC by another application and now Windows is trying to restore it?

>I am still having problems with displaying the calendar, I have register the ocx file and regsvr32 is displaying "Dllregister in mscal.ocx succeeded" for some reason when i go to dispay my calendar or a form that has the calendar, it's wanting me to load from the cd it is looking for *.msi.
