You were very helpful. My partner was exploring other options for a while and then I got distracted with other things. It is difficult to exercise much leverage from this side of the Atlantic anyway, and I thought I was going to be over there last summer but other things came up here.
But 'revenge is a dish best served cold' <s> so I haven't really abandoned the project. Just trying to decide what is going to be the most fruitful approach.
