If they've ever taken any part in the evolution vrs. creation debate, especially how it is taught in science classes at public school, they should be interested. The Bible tends to be a big part of one side's argument.
It seems Nature is speaking very clearly that life on Earth evolved to become the way it is.
I think its undeniable that to some people, that sentence just doesn't compute.
It's like they're hearing a different language.
But really it's a different culture.
Your and my culture is very modern. Other's have roots in much older cultures.
I think instead of asking them to give up their culture for another one so they can more readily accept evolution, it may be worth a try to engage in that culture and try to frame the debate in their terms.
