That's just silly Terry. Those movies focus on certain perspectives and certain fronts, but they don't even cover all Americans fighting, let alone the allies. Sheesh, look at letters from iwo jima just as a start, or For Those We Love (a rewrite of history) or Tokyo Trial. I can't believe I'm even responding to this. There are too many movies out there that show otherwise and too many foreign films as well. I'm sorry you haven't seen them or don't have access to them. I've seen plenty of movies that focus on the allies or even the enemies view points and I never assumed that everyone in those countries assumed that they were the only ones who mattered... what's up with that? I guess it shouldn't be surprising considering that when America bombed Bucharest the movies were packed with locals watching American movies.
