I've gotten the RELEASE POPUPS to work, but I'm confused by what you mean by a #PREPOP directive. I am using the menu designer.

The compiler directive #prepop, among other things, lets your cleanup code process before a menu is displayed. That way if you have made an changes to your menu in cleanup code, they will be displayed as part of the menu. Otherwise your menu will be displayed before the changes made in your cleanup code are added to the menu.

When I read you question, I started looking for the "official" definition in the VFP documentation. Imagine my surprise that the #prepop directive is not mentioned anywhere I can find.

The syntax is merely "#prepop". You add it to your startup menu code.
