>I built an executable file. It works properly on all the machines which have VFP 5.0. However, when I run it on machines without VFP 5.0, it prompts me saying that it cannot find the resource files. Actually, when I built the executable file, I already turned it off. I don't know why it still tries to look for the resource file. Then, I copied foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt to my subdirectory and changed the option to point to these files and built the executable file again. However, same thing happened. Does anyone know what it is really looking for? Thanks!

You REALLY need to run the Setup Wizard and build a set of installation disks. THese can be run on any user's machine and will install the correct files in each Windows/System folder and register them correctly. If you have a set of disks that installs JUST the VFP run-time files, along with a small text file, it will take 3 disks.
