A couple of ideas. One blank out the Tag and Tag1 fields of the first record in the FRX. Second try using a generic printer driver and see if the error goes away. I don't know about the OKI but HP drivers are infamous for screwing up things.

Win95 is alot more forgiving of an errant driver than NT is.
