Sorry for the long delay in answering.
Yes it is possible. we do client type installs frequently. Simply create a small program files that looks for your EXE file name. This file name can be stored in the WIN.INI file or the REGISTRY. If the app does not find the EXE bring up the GETFILE() function for finding the graphic.

Once you are done you can create a setup program for this LOADER program.
