No, same wife, but if I was talking about the hang-gliding days that was the domain of wife 1 who was the adrenaline junky that even managed to scare hell out of me. ( and helped me cure my own addiction to it )

I just remember you had about the best mind of anyone I'd had in my training classes and had what most women would kill for if they were smart enough to know how important it was - the very special confidence of being comfortable in your own skin. I think we may have talked a little about seeing the Elephant. I remember your Latina friend in the class had a husband ( perhaps in Delta ) TDY in Columbia or someplace. (did he make it back ok?)

Life's many changes... That was a crazy time. I was working on the military base and was responsible for the network as well as doing programming for internal customers. There were three great weeks of training: first Jim Duffy came, then John Petersen, and then you. I can't recall if I was a single parent then or not. I do recall that Haley was sick so I had to rush home everyday after training and on top of that we had a ton of network emergencies to deal with... It was only due to your teaching abilities that I retained anything! :o)
