It's pretty much the same here. The 10-15 second delay came about AFTER the Janet Jackson incident on tv. There's always (as far as I know) been a 10 second delay on radio talk shows to keep the profanity off the air. Just last week an actor on the NBC national morning talk show said a word that couldn't be said on live tv. It was edited out of the broadcasts on the west coast, but everyone on the east coast heard it.
