If you need it, you can mark the forms, reports, and menus as excluded from the project and distribute them as separate files. They have to be in the same relative directory on the target machine. Once you have done this you can build the exe and distribute it with the form, report, and menu files. Then if you modify a form you only need to distribute the SCX/SCT files for that form.
