Worse than that: we call it "carski rez" (emperor's incision), because the Slavic word for emperor, car/цар/tsar/czar/ćesar/cisař is probably derived from Caesar: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/tsar so it would be appropriate in more than one way. But that twist was already used in the, ahem, The Scottish Play.
