You can copy the .frx from the .exe out into some directory (don't forget the .frt), do your search/replace in it, close it, run it and then leave it as is or delete it, as you like, all that from the .exe. Just remember that the .frx within the .exe is read/only and it behaves like it's in the current directory (or maybe in the directory where it was?); nevertheless, USE MY.FRX should work, then COPY TO MY_NEW.FRX (it will copy the .frt, too), then USE MY_NEW.FRX and replace...
