You can't do this from within a builder - you'd have to open the .scx first, find the top record (where it says "Form" in "Baseclass" memo), and add a line in Reserved4 memo (or was it reserved3? add a custom method yourself and browse these two, you'll find your method's name). The line should have a space, method name, and chr(13). Optionally, between the name and CR you can insert comments. Then you should close the .scx file and reload it into the editor, and do your builder as before - now your method exists. Since this involves saving the form, opening it as table, and reopening it in the form designer, it's quite unsuitable to be done within a builder.
