Spinner is a nice trick if your prices don't go jumping like they did here... someone tried to plot a curve to follow the inflation of these times, and - imagine - it wasn't exponential. It was exponential over exponential!
This spinner trick reminds me of a situation when a form starts as simple one, because it's a hands-down-nose-dive situation where they have lots of data to type everyday, so we try to automate as much as possible, and then they say there are some cases when they need another field... and they end up filling ten textboxes all the time, actually leaving seven of them empty most of the time... well, they asked for it.
