Are there any French speakers out there who sometimes use the support.microsoft.com site? ...where the page would be in French?

Wow, this has been converted by a robot. What a total mess? I found it extremely insulting to have such a page online. I always use English for my work but when Google decides to bring me to such a page, it is not a personal choice. However, it irritates me. I believe, at Microsoft, someone should have simply said, "If someone wants to translate a page, use a human or leave it in English!!!"
