After more research, I found that because I was not seeing the deleted records in VFP, I had the impression that something was wrong somewhere else. Because, I also had the impression that the package was not importing the deleted records. Once I turn SET DELETE OFF in VFP, I was able to see that there are some corrupted date values in those deleted records. So, I will fix them.
