An experienced developer in DotNet can turn out the same app in roughly the same time as you can in VFP and more often than not have it much more error free. Woodie, this may shock a few people, but I'm a bit skeptical. I didn't place much stock in Michael Hogan's statement - and to be honest, I don't place much stock in the last part of your statement. The tools, in this case, have little to do with how error-free it's going to be.
