Honestly there is nothing very intuitive about ASP.net but that is a completely different animal. You can't really compare ASP.net to vfp, most of my opinions lie in the world of winforms. That being said I have worked a large amount in ASP.Net and found it to be challenging at first to learn coming form a winforms world. Just completely different paradigms in my opinion. My current workload now consists of @ 70% ASP.net and @ 30% winforms.
