While he *may* have meant to write a "simple honest message" praising C# and .NET, he lobbed a bomb that, summed up, says that VFP is crap and always has been. Why would he (honestly) ask himself in the message why he ever got into VFP in the first place?????

There is nothing wrong with that. When the argument shifts from personal preference to a debate on which is platform is better platform is when I start taking exception. There just isn't a real competition there.
