Tracy, not wanting to indulge in semantic nit-picks (I've only ever done that with JVP and KG ;-) ) but for the record: if Product A is "orders of magnitude" better than Product B, then by definition it is incompetent/negligent to continue using a product that is only 1% as good. This is the position that has been so generously assigned to us, apparently to allow other developers to shake their heads. ;-)
