Perhaps we can agree that the whole issue is superseded by the passage of time. The designated provider of memory-disk spanning, apparently, is SSCE. Will it do what I need? I'll take another look in a few months to see, though if Etecnologica keeps doing the stuff it says, I might not have to bother. ;-)
