I have found that the way the Integration Services Project work is not exactly what I need. I can have a program in VFP to create the entire script based on my VFP data dictionary, which will take care of creating the structure, inserting the record as is, adjusting the design after to have the identify field, etc. And, using that approach, there is no deleted records.

Yes, that's what I use instead of using VFP upsizing wizard, SQL2000DTS or SSIS:)
