I should apologize. My earlier comment could have been taken as a smart-alec remark. It was not intended to be. You have probably discovered that VFP is seriously underdocumented. Lots of critical explanation just is not there, and may times the only way to figure out what a object will do is to try it.

I hope you have found a solution that works, and if I made any small contribution to it, I am pleased.
