We upgraded our windows 2003 R2 server that is primarily used as an ftp server to Windows 2008. Everything seemed great. But as it turns out, while we can connect to the ftp server and download files, we can't upload to the server from the command prompt. It logs into the ftp server, and after typing a PUT command, it starts to send the file, then just pauses (if hash is turned on, you get about 20 # markers). It is allowing uploads if I use a application such as CoffeeCup Free FTP software. No problems at all there. I noticed this because our primary application uploads a DAT file everynight. As I went to the ftp server to looks at the files this morning I noticed they were all zero bytes. Then I started playing around and found out I have an issue.

I don't know if anyone has any answers, but all the idea's welcome. Outside of this issue, Windows 2008 really seems to be great!
