After saving the attachment, i want to push the mail into the deleted folder(3) and i don't know how to do?
loDeleted = oNameSpace.GetDefaultFolder( 3 )
loMoved = loMailMessage.Move( loDeleted )
Is there a way to connect to different mail accounts ??? (service,order,...)

Yes. Look at the Logon method of Outlook.
