Please note that if you are using FTP to move files around or update your programs you should be aware that FTP is not secure. The password for your web site can easily be compromised. If you must use FTP be sure that the target site does not contain any files etc that would be of any interest to a hacker. This happened to us and caused us a lot of grief.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
