>>Kevin - this isn't the first time you've used the term Tourette's in conjunction with the issue of profanity. I'm asking you to stop. Most people with Tourette's do not spout profanity. It's a serious neurological condition that involves "tics," which can be anything from a tiny involuntary movement to uncontrolled utterances. For most, the condition can be managed with a combination of medication and training. But it's not an easy thing to live with.

>>People with Tourette's, including one of my nephews, have enough problems without having people equate them with those who choose to have pottymouths.

>>
>>Tamar, my brother has Tourette's, so I know all about the topic....

>Then I'm surprised that you use the term so loosely. I watch my nephew struggling valiantly to fit in and to manage his behavior and I curse the fool TV and movie writers who've popularized this idea that all Tourette's is is random profanity.

A Toutette's "sufferer" won Big Brother in the UK in 2006. Mind you, one is deaf to bad language who watches this execrable show.
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
