I have an all-in-one HP printer/scanner and it works on XP and Vista. I don't use items c and d, so I can't comment on them.

As for the emails, I suspect the plaintiffs only used those that support their side. It is possible there are other emails that support Microsoft's side and the court will have to iron it all out.
