Thanks for suggestion but CLEAR/CLOSE ALL does not work.

I am getting an error message (Cannot create file "file"). FOXPRO help suggests 'Remove files and try again' but when I try to delete, the OS says file is in USE by another program.

When in the DEBUGGER I am not CANCELING because of an error but rather just to EXIT the program.

Any further ideas?
