One last response from me in this thread and then I am silent. If someone desires to not be referred to as childish then I would strongly suggest that they stop acting childishly. Asking for a moderator to tell you what is right and wrong is a most obvious statement that you feel you are not capable of determinng by yourself what is right and wrong and that to me is part of the definition of childishness. I am going on record of having the opinion that setting up moderators on this forum is a bad idea and it will come to go good result other than focusing the ire of everyone on the moderators.

I found Michel's posting very clear and unambiguous in his statement that he is fed up with being whined to about everything that goes on in the chatter sections. Michel has historically been very considerate and restrained in his exercise of his rights as the owner of this site in determining who may or may not post messages here. This site is NOT a public venue it is a private enterprise that belongs to Michel and Michel has the last word on how it will be managed and that is how it should be. We as adult professionals have the right to come here or not as we feel fit to do.

Just so there is no misunderstanding about my motivations, I feel that setting up moderators on this forum is a bad idea and that doing it will hinder rather than foster communications. I feel it is the responsibiliy of each one of us to determine what is proper behavior and to follow our convictions. If management feels that my behavior is wrong for their forum then it is their responsibility to do what they feel is reasonable to alter my behavior or to prevent my access to this site. If another member feels that I have been insulting to them it may be a misunderstanding or it may be that I, in fact, have insulted them because I chose to insult them and they should take whatever action they feel is appropriate against me for insulting them. Not every insult I make is an unintended accident, many of them are intentional.
