Ok, I found that I'm missing the project directory (it's not there it is supposed to be). Also for some reason it's spelled C:\Development\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\FCAdmin\DeployInrementor\
I'm wondering how can I change the project directory (as you see there was a typo there - c is missing).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
