Ok, 1) I found I only have vdproj file where it has references to the wrong directory. I'm not sure how to fix it there.

Also the current build order seems to be incorrect, but I could not figure out how to change it. Deploy_Incrementor, I believe, is supposed to be the second in the build order and currently it's the third.
