You can minimize data loss by restricting yourself to row buffering and now table buffering and BEGIN/END TRANSACTION sequences to carefully write each record. If your network keeps crashing, you are always going to lose some data at some point....but you can cut your losses.
Another thing to consider is to duplex all changes to local temp tables that could be reset every day. After a crash, you could scan through the duplexed records and ensure that the network data matches (and if not, change it).
