I need a driver to scan a barcode on a package he is deivering - enter the recipients name and get the recipient to sign on a touch screen or sign in a way that can be caught by a camera - the whole lot is then emailed to a given email address

Anyone come across this? what hardware (scanners / handhelds) who has done it etc?
